- I do not sell feeders.
- I do not breed feeders.
- I provide each animal here with vetrinary care, if I cannot do that and have no other
choice than to put them down, that's what I do.
- I prevent any suffering towards any of my animals.
- I provide adequate food and water.
- I provide fresh bedding with low-dust, and is changed twice weekly or weekly depending on need.
- My rats get 5 hours on average (daily) free time.
- My rats get daily handling including affection, treats, and play time.
- My rats live in small colonies, same sex, unless for breeding than they are paired off,
1 on 1.
- I wait until the proper age to breed both males and females.
- I do not breed aggressive, timid, unhealthy, or rats with bad type.
